This is the most personal keynote I offer. How can we, as human beings, navigate in todays highly dynamic, uncertain – often chaotic and ambiguous world? How can we as leaders take the right decision? How can we do the right thing? And what is needed to find fulfilment and happiness.
I take my audience on a journey, a journey from closed imprisoned, stalinist East-Germany to the adventure to travel the world, a journey from leading people through (rough) changes to insights how I had to change myself – and how I learned to embrace it.
Which tools are helpful to build resilience? Which methods bring results and which couldn’t fulfil its promise? And how can we create a navigation system to take good decisions in ambiguous situations, good for us, for our organisation or community, and for the world.
